When you are financing, you really do not own the car, the bank does. The great thing about the LEASEnGO program is you have the option to turn the car in at the end of the term or refinance the balance to own the vehicle. So you get the best of both worlds.
Yes, just pay the early termination fee of $595 and you are on your way. Don’t forget- the vehicle has to be returned in the same condition it was in at the lease date, or other charges may apply.
Most lenders require at least 20% down plus taxes and fees. With LEASEnGO, you are only required to pay a security deposit of $300 and your first periodic payment. NOTE: If you want another vehicle outside of your approval then additional money down may be required to keep the payment in the approval range.
A vehicle inspection will take place at the end of the lease and the vehicle should be returned in the same condition at the time the lease started. If all payments were made on time and there is no physical damage, then the security deposit will be returned. It is important to keep the vehicle in good condition.
All LEASEnGO vehicles come with a 14-day / 1,500 mile used car limited warranty, where the dealer pays 50% of parts & labor for 14 days or 1,500 miles whichever occurs first for a covered repair.
Every LEASEnGO lease comes with a Premium Service Agreement for the term of the lease at no charge to the lessee. Coverage includes items such as internally lubricated parts of the engine, transmission, drive axle and more. See Agreement for full details. The Premium Service Agreement also provides 5 no charge loaner car days if the vehicle is in the shop for repairs as well as discounted rental car rates.
  • AutoPay – Most customers choose AutoPay which is subject to NO FEES and ensures that each and every payment is made on time without any extra effort, we will make sure payments are taken care of with the highest security available. Cars Financial is the company that will handle all payment collection. Cars Financial has the capability to run your payment for every scheduled due date by using checking, savings or credit/check card information. **Signed authorization is required for this option.
  • Pay Automated – Pay Automated by calling 1-800-SHELOR7 (743-5677) – subject to a $4.95 convenience fee. You must obtain your login id from Cars Financial to use this method.
  • Pay OnlineClick Here to Make a Payment – subject to a $4.95 convenience fee. You must obtain your login id from Cars Financial to use this method.
  • Pay by Text – Opt in to receive text messages and you will receive a payment reminder of your due date.  Simply reply PAY to the text and your payment will be processed with the card on file.  Subject to $4.95 convenience fee.
  • Pay by Mobile App – For the customer on the go, we have added the “Cars Financial” mobile application for your convenience.  Available for both Android and iPhone users, you must register online to make payments.  Subject to $4.95 convenience fee.

  • Drop Off – Live close to Cars Financial and enjoy excellent customer service? Just stop by during business hours to make your payment in our payment center. (Located behind the Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep/Ram dealership). Cars Financial also has a secure payment drop box located on the side of the building for after-hours payments.
  • Pay by Western Union – Is Western Union your preference? If so, make sure to advise them that our Code City is: CARSFIN, and the state is VA, then simply use your current account number with Cars Financial.

*Any payments received after 6:00pm will be credited the following business day.  If on the next business day your account would incur a late fee, those fees would apply.

Throughout the term of each loan with LEASEnGO, every lease will have a designated Personal Account Manager and a designated Leasing Agent. Your Cars Financial Account Manager can handle all of the following for you:

  • Payments
  • Address & Phone Changes
  • Employment Changes
  • Monitor and inform customers of insurance notifications
  • This will also help customers by not having to be transferred from department to department and wasting time on hold.

You have the right to ask that nationwide consumer reporting agencies place “fraud alerts” in your file to let potential creditors and others know that you may be a victim of identity theft. A fraud alert can make it more difficult for someone to get credit in your name because it tells creditors to follow certain procedures to protect you. Please be aware that this may also delay your ability to obtain credit. You may place a fraud alert in your file by calling one of the three nationwide consumer reporting agencies. As soon as that agency processes your fraud alert, it will notify the other two agencies, which then also will place the fraud alerts in your files.

You have the right to dispute incomplete or inaccurate information. If you identify information in your file that is incomplete or inaccurate, and report it to a consumer reporting agency, the agency must investigate unless your dispute is frivolous.

The Federal Trade Commission (FTC) cautions consumers to be wary of companies that make claims regarding credit repair. These companies, commonly called credit clinics, don’t do anything for consumers that consumers cannot do for themselves at little or no cost. Beware of any organization that offers to create a new identity and credit file for you. The FTC and state attorneys general have filed actions against those who pursue these fraudulent practices. Here are some warning signs that the FTC and others say consumers should look out for to determine if they might be dealing with a credit clinic:

  • An organization that guarantees to remove late payments, bankruptcies, or similar information from a credit report.
  • An organization that charges a lot of money to repair credit.
  • A company that asks the consumer to write to the credit reporting company and repeatedly seek verification of the same credit account information in the file, month after month, even though the information has been determined to be correct.
  • An organization that is reluctant to give out its address or one that pushes you to make a decision immediately.
